Hail Storm

If you live in Oklahoma City, you know about the hail storm that rolled through town on Sunday. Unfortunately, the worst of it was not far from us. Our next-door neighbor, who has lived in his house since it was built, said that there has not been hail like this in the 60 years he's lived here. You can't make out the damage from this picture, but our cars are covered in dents, both of our windshields are cracked, and the two tail lights were broken on the green car. My mom says that she doesn't regret coming to visit us on Sunday, even though it meant her car got pelted, too.

There is my mom's feet. Can you believe our yard was covered with hail that size?

Brent scoffed at my insistance that we take the standard ruler and hail picture, but it's got to be done. These were just a few of the hailstones that my mom collected a little while after the storm.

Last, but not least, here is a little video I shot while the hail was coming down. Brent laughs at the comments that my mom and I make.

Bubbles the Fish

Tyler has been having some problems with coughing and wheezing, and we've had to do breathing treatments. Poor, little guy. The little breathing mask has a fish on it, and it's called the Bubbles the Fish mask. He's gotten really good at handling them, though, and actually usually goes asleep during them now. Say a little prayer, if you will, that we and the doctor can figure out what's causing the wheezing and get him better. As my sister-in-law said, hopefully Bubbles the Fish won't be around for too long.

New Dress from Grandma Pat

Here is Ashley in a cute little dress that Brent's mom brought.
It has a matching hat, too. I love the way Ashley looks in hats!

I Leave the Room for 30 Seconds, and...

Atleast, Ashley wasn't unhappy to be stuck under the ottoman.

Salty Sea Pup

Brent's parents were in town the weekend before last, and his mom and I did a little shopping. His mom bought the cutest little sailor outfit for Tyler.
Brent says that I need to feed him spinach when he wears this.

I know I'm biased, but is he not the cutest?

Little Mover

Ashley has started really getting around. When Tyler starts going in the opposite direction, we'll really be in trouble.
